A scenic spot in the heart of Ikaho

After a short walk from the top of Ikaho Onsen's stone steps, this vermillion bridge is a beautiful place to enjoy seasonally changing scenery.

In summer, the green leaves of the surrounding maple trees create a striking contrast with the red bridge. In autumn, the fiery foliage creates a picture-perfect scene of quintessential Japan. During this season, the trees are artfully illuminated at night.
