Viewing Period: late September to early October (best time for viewing: when the equinox flowers blossom). In the Endo area of northern Fujisawa, equinox flowers grow in groups along a small river for around 3km in length. Enjoy the view of flowers surrounding you everywhere as you take a walk. A gymnasium that served as a model for the popular manga, Slam Dunk. Though as a work site the railroad in front of Kamakura High School is famous, it was the Akibadai Gymnasium that served as the model for the venue for the games.

This pig farm is located in the westernmost area of Fujisawa. A shop is set up on the property on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Pork and pork products (such as marinated pork and hamburg steak) are sold from the refrigerator, and vegetables are also sold depending on the season.

Suzukien Fruit Garden is a tourist orchard that keeps the height of trees low on a flat land. A wide range of visitors ranging from small children to elderly people and also those who are in wheelchairs can enjoy picking fruit in a safe environment. Enjoy picking organic fruits such as grapes, Japanese pears, persimmons and kiwis. There are also chestnuts.

This farm in Chigasaki City is home to 100 cross-bred and 40 pure-bred cattle. Reared on seaweed and minerals, their meat is delicious, lean and tender. One of the main draws here is that you can purchase the beef directly from the producers. Japanese-style "Chigasaki curry," prepared with Chigasaki beef, is also on sale.
