Every room is an ocean-view room and relatively spacious compared to typical same class accommodations. There is also a meeting room and a party room for large groups.

You can find a lot of guest houses in Miura City. Dishes made with fresh seafood, especially tuna, are very popular here.

The Miura Kaigan Sakura Festival is held along the railroad from Miurakaigan Station to Komatsugaike Park from the middle of February to the middle of March. There are approximately 1000 kawazu-zakura trees planted along the railroad. Kawazu-zakura cherry blossoms are known to bloom early and have large pink flowers. Flowers also bloom at the same time so you can enjoy the beautiful colorful scenery. At the tents in front of the station, local products such as fresh vegetables are sold.For a scenic view, stand on the overpass near Miurakaigan Station where you can observe the cherry blossoms and passing trains from above. The juxtaposition of the red trains against the soft pink flowers is a coveted view. Trains run fairly frequently, so you will have many opportunities to snap the perfect shot.During the cherry blossom festival, enjoy the fantastic illuminated night cherry blossoms that emit a different atmosphere from daytime. The Miura-Kaigan Noryo Festival Fireworks Display is a summer tradition held every year on the Miura Peninsula in early August. The venue, Miura Beach, is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Miurakaigan Station on the Keihin Kyuko Line. Visitors can sit on the vast sandy beach and look up at the fireworks in a relaxing and open setting. The underwater fireworks, nicknamed "underwater peacocks," are launched from a barge and are a spectacular sight sure to wow. The colorful lights brightly illuminate the surface of the sea.

The largest and widest beach on the Miura Peninsula is close to the station, and during peak season it is crowded with many beachgoers, including families. In August, the "Miura Kaigan Noryo Matsuri Fireworks Festival" is held, and every year hundreds of thousands of tourists are intoxicated by the large flowers that color the summer night sky. With Tsukui Beach to the north and Kikuna Beach to the south, it is the largest beach on the Tokyo Bay side of the Miura Peninsula.
