A long-standing inn housed in a four-story sukiya-style wood building in Hakone Onsen. This inn, overflowing with the romance of travel, also offers guest rooms with their own private open air roten (with a view) baths through which hot spring water flows. All of the rooms face Hayakawa Valley, allowing you to enjoy the unique nature of Hakone in all four seasons. This location was designated a National Designated Tangible Cultural Property in 2009, and it is certified as a building that contributes to the historical landscape.

Yoshiike is proud of its hot springs, boasting 6 in-house sources and an abundant flow of hot water of up to 720 liters per minute. The elaborately designed large public bath, the garden-like open-air bath, and the relaxing private bath are all filled with 100% private hot spring water. On the ryokan's premises, there is a 10,000 tsubo (about 355,800 square feet) pond garden, "Sangetsu-en," a cherry blossom light-up event, "Light Garden," as well as firefly and autumn leaf seasonal events. The store specializes in Japanese-style souvenirs in Hakone, the setting of "Evangelion (The Third New Tokyo City)". The store also offers a wide variety of limited-edition products using newly-drawn illustrations. Food items such as "Eva Soft" and "L.C.L. Drink" for take-out are also recommended.

A quiet, secluded inn nestled on a hill in Hakone-Yumoto. All rooms are spacious and have a view of the garden with Nishikigoi swimming in them. In addition to two large baths, guests can enjoy the hot spring in the privacy of their guest rooms. Breakfast and dinner are served in the room, and many guests return for the seasonal kaiseki cuisine.

The Hakone Daimyo Procession is one of Hakone's most famous festivals and held on November 3 every year. Under a clear autumn sky, a total of more than 170 people walk in a procession with people shouting "Shimo ni Shimo ni" (down, down, down), making it a great historical picture scroll that has continued since 1935.
