Ryuzu Falls cascades 210 metres down 10-metre wide terraces of volcanic rock from a historic eruption of Mount Nantai. The name “Ryuzu” (dragon’s head) comes from the presence at the base of the falls where a huge rock splits the waterfall in two. The area is popular for its stunning views of red and purple azalea blossoms from May to June as well as the autumnal red leaves in late September. The viewing platform offers the best view of the waterfall surrounded by the colours of the season. Ryuzu Falls is a popular location for visitors and is known as one of the five best falls in Nikko，along with Kegon Falls，Kirifuri Falls，Urami Falls， and Yudaki Falls.

The Lake Chuzenji Boat House comprises buildings restored precisely from the time they were built as the waterfront resort around 1950 by the Chuzenji lakeside known for its prosperous history as an international summer resort. It is a recess facility to enjoy the rich nature and water of the lakeside as well as enjoying the relaxing moment in the beautiful landscape of Lake Chuzenji.

This information center is located in Akanuma, the entrance to Senjogahara. It provides information on the nature, hiking trails, and other aspects of parts of the Okunikko area such as Senjogahara and Odashirogahara. It serves as the low emission bus shelter as well as the departure point for Odaisirogahara, Sainoko, and Senjugahama. The information center also features informational exhibits on the origins of Senjogahara, its seasonal flowers, and other topics. The center also conducts nature tours and other activities during the high season.

Coffee House yukon is located about 4 minutes walk from Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel. It is a store directly managed by Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel, and it is attractive for its location overlooking Lake Chuzenji. You can enjoy dishes such as the Kanaya Hotel Hundred Year Rice Curry, recreated from the hotel's Taisho era recipe. It's recommended for lunch and tea time. Takeout menu is also available, perfect for accompanying your exploration of Oku-Nikko.

The dining room Mizunara at Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel features large windows overlooking the lake. Wooden pillars and the floor give the dining room a warm tone. Beyond the mizunara oak trees outside, there is Lake Chuzenji. In all seasons, guests can enjoy food cooked with fresh ingredients produced in Tochigi with a view of the nature and wild birds of Okunikko.
