Kaneda Orchard uses electrolyzed water, organic fertilizers, and reduced agrochemicals to grow pears. It offers fully ripe pears grown through a carefully designed cultivation method. Besides opening the orchard for pear picking and selling pears, it also sells a wide variety of processed pear products including pear jelly, pear juice Haga Isshou, Shiawase wo Yobu Kosui Nashi no Cider, and Nikkori Nashi no Cider. The recommended juice preparation is equal parts pear juice and carbonated water. It tastes good with ice, too. It is also delicious when frozen and eaten as sorbet. Kashi-no-Mori Park is an oasis for both children and adults throughout the year and is easily accessible by car. A wide range of events are held in the park in early April when visitors come for the “Sakura Festival” in spring. The park is also popular for a fantastic night time viewing of illuminated cherry blossoms. The streets around Kashi-no-Mori Park are lined with cherry blossom trees (north-south 2.3km， east-west 1.3km). Be sure to walk through the stunning cherry blossom tunnelled street with approximately 650 Yoshino cherry trees!

Royal Meadow Golf Club is a very strategic course with beautiful views designed under supervision of the professional golfer, Ryo Ishikawa. The Royal Meadow Cup for 2024 JLPGA STEP UP TOUR took place here. Following the basic golf course design, you can see where your first shot goes from the tee, and you can see the green from where you make your second shot. It is a highly strategic course having multiple tees to match each player’s skill level. At the same time, the course is designed to be flat with each hole's elevation being 10 meters or less. The Ohata Musha-e (warrior paintings) Museum is housed in a private residence originally built 300 years ago. The exhibition includes Musha-e Nobori banners from the Edo period (1603-1867) as well as hand-painted Musha-e homeware such as porcelain pieces， vases， folding screens and wallpapers.

At the Calbee Factory in Utsunomiya, you can watch the manufacturing process of the famous Kappa Ebisen (shrimp flavoured crisps) and breakfast cereals through the factory’s glass windows. The staff also present information on the best ways to enjoy their cereals.
