Access to Takaragawa Onsen Ousenkaku

You can reach Takaragawa Onsen in less than 3 hours by train and bus from Tokyo. Take the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Jomo-Kogen Station (around 63 minutes). From there, you can get a bus to Minakami Station (around 20 minutes), then transfer to a bus towards Yuno-koya Onsen and get off at Takaragawa Iriguchi (around 30 minutes). Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku offers a free shuttle bus from the bus stop for hotel guests and day visitors. For day visitors, bathing hours are from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm (last admission is at 4:00).
