Various events are held here in the exchange center to promote understanding of the water source environment and to revitalize the surrounding community. It has an observation hall overlooking the Miyakase lakeside park, a training conference room, and other facilities.

A large-scale Christmas tree that stands on the lakeside. About 200,000 visitors will come to see the Christmas tree every year. The tree is decorated with about 10,000 lights.

This is a 330-meter long reverse arch bridge connecting the Toriihara area and the lakeside area over the Miyagase Dam. It has been selected as one of the 100 best bridges in Kanagawa, and the view from Toriihara Park is spectacular!

This is an experiential facility that provides information on dams and water resources that you can learn through some fun activities. Based on the concept of "learning while having fun", this facility is filled with unique activities.

This dam is situated in the northwestern part of the prefecture, near Higashitanzawa and is the largest gravitational concrete dam in the Greater Tokyo Area. There is a 6 minute long release of water from April through November, every Wednesday, the second and fourth Friday of the month, and every second Sunday of the month. It is done at 11 o'clock and 2 o'clock past noon.
