A poetic symbol in the uraga inlet. It’s a ferry boat connecting two points in the town apart with inlet. It's an unusual municipal road (Route2073) with a long history since Edo period

This course starts at JR Yokosuka Station and passes through Verny Park, Mikasa Park, Umikaze Park, and the Yokosuka Museum of Art on the way to Keikyu Uraga Station. The salty air feels great, and even beginning cyclists can enjoy this course with peace of mind due to plenty of rest and bathroom facilities. Art lovers will also enjoy the art galleries and museums along this approximately 15km course.

The whole of Cape Kannonzaki is maintained as a park and there, you can find an art museum with scenic landscapes and the Kannonzaki Lighthouse where you can enjoy a view of the Boso Peninsula. There are also wartime ruins you can visit the whole year round, and in summer, you can spend a day at the beach or enjoy a delicious barbecue. This place is also famous for its hydrangeas, and is selected as one of Kanagawa’s Top 100 Flower Spots.

One of the few white sand beaches on Miura Peninsula. In 1945 (Showa 29), the first Godzilla appeared on this beach and its footprints are still left.

A ferry connecting Kurihama Beach in Yokosuka (Kanagawa Prefecture) and Kanaya in Futtsu (Chiba Prefecture) in an estimated 40 minutes.
