Located in Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki City, this is the only prefectural park in Kawasaki City. It is home to a Kanagawa Prefecture natural treasure, a Japanese white oak forest, and the Higashitakane Ruins (ancient lawn square), which are the remains of a Yayoi Period settlement. The park also has many floral attractions, including a wetland botanical garden, where visitors can see the natural cycle of the seasons.

This cultural facility conveys the world of manga artist Fujiko F. Fujio, creator of many works including "Doraemon" and "Perman," and his messages are conveyed to all generations through his original drawings and other works.It is necessary to purchase entry tickets in advance from Lawson. Surrounded by the woodlands of the Tama Hills, the garden is open to the public in spring and fall, and boasts 3,300 roses of approximately 800 varieties in spring and 2,900 roses of approximately 625 varieties in fall.
