The Kamakura Agricultural Co-op Market, commonly known as Rembai, is a farmers' market where local produce is sold. Twenty-one local farmers are divided into four groups, taking turns every four days to sell fresh seasonal produce. The market closes once all items are sold out.

There are also take-out drinks containing whole plums, "Choya Ume Kits" that you can make at home or in hotels, and store-specific plum wine that is popular as a souvenir. Reservations are required for the experience.

Prices start at 600 yen (standard bike / 1 hour). For an additional 300 yen, you can also choose to drop off your bike at Enoshima Station (by 4pm) but advance registration is required. After exploring Kamakura’s leafy side streets and stopping off at some of its Buddhist temples, ride along the coast towards Enoshima, enjoying the views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji along the way.

Ichijo Nisshutsu founded the Hongakuji in 1436 (Eikyo 8). Ashikaga Mochiuji built the temple where there was Ebisudo and donated to Nisshutsu. The second chief priest was Niccho Shonin, so the temple is known familiarly as “Niccho-sama”. The temple is also called as “Higashi Minobu”, because Minobusan shared out part of remains of Nichiren to the temple.
