The Nissan Motor Tochigi Plant is an integrated production factory managing the whole process of automobile manufacturing from the casting of iron and aluminium to mechanical assembly. Models produced at the factory are mainly full-size luxury cars and sports cars such as the Nissan Cima and Nissan GT-R. The factory tour includes a company overview video and a guide to the automotive assembly line.

Isokawa Ryokuchi Park is a promenade built on a tree lined road along a natural riverbank， which allows visitors to get in touch with nature.The promenade is approx. 1.4km which takes about 30 minutes to walk， so even families with small children can easily enjoy the moderate length hike. There are arbors in 2 locations within the park where visitors can eat packed lunches they bring with them and have a "mini-hiking" experience."

Hachimangu Shrine and the Samurai's Origin Nakamura Hachimangu Shrine is one of the eight shrines enshrining the god Hachiman in the Northern Kanto region. It is said that the Hachiman is is the guardian deity of the Minamoto clan warriors, so a legendary samurai called Minamoto no Yoshiie, the common ancestor of the shoguns of Minamoto no Yoritomo and Ashikaga Takauji, came here to pray for his victory.   After the establishment of the Kamakura Shogunate by Yoritomo, he attacked the Fujiwara clan of Oshu, which was then in northeastern Japan. Nakamura Munemura, the lord of the Nakamura County, fallowed Yoritomo's army, was rewarded to be the lord of the Date County of Oshu. Munemura has been seen as the ancestor of Date Masamune. The birth of Yabusame ceremony In 1736, Date Yoshimura, the 5th Daimyo of  Sendai Domain, just ended his "Sankin-kotai (alternate attendance)" and prepared to go back to his domin. Before he arrived in Sendai, Yoshimura came here and donated his horse to the god. In order to commemorate this event, the Yabusame Ceremony is held every year at the Annual Grand Festival.   Archers dress in samurai's hunting attire and ride on horseback, then shot at the target on the left on their horses. The whole ceremony is accompained by the thumping sound of taiko, which makes the ceremony very energetic.

Grim Forest(Grim no Mori) is a park themed after a forest in the German Grim's Fairy Tales. The Grim no Kan building， which houses a multipurpose hall， is based on the Rottingen government building. The exterior walls are brick and tile， Inside are collections related to the Brothers Grim's fairy tales from all around the world.All of the lighting and other fixtures are German products."

Yakushiji Hachimangu Shrine is also referred to as "Hachiman for warding off misfortune and disaster" and attracts a large number of worshippers.It was also known as the patron saint of the Genji and is known as a shrine where prayers are answered as Minamoto no Yoriyoshi and Minamoto no Yoshiie pracyed for victory in battle there. The shrine has long served as a patron saint for successive feudal lords and a center of faith for the people."
