KISARAZU CONCEPT STORE
A Foray into Sustainable Fashion
Discover the innovative way this store is giving new life to undiscovered clothing and accessories. Located just across from Tokyo Bay, at Kisarazu Concept Store shoppers can discover a treasure trove of discontinued fashions and unique designs.

A Unique Shopping Experience in Chiba
Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu is a sprawling outdoor outlet mall filled with shopping, dining, and green spaces that is just a train and bus ride away from the center of Tokyo. The Kisarazu Concept Store is located right next door to the outlet mall, and has offered a slightly different shopping experience ever since it opened in June 2023.

Unlike most other shops you may have visited, there is a small entrance fee required to enter the Kisarazu Concept Store. This may be an unusual concept for many, but the entrance fee helps to support the various companies and organizations seeking to solve social issues.

With their varied offerings of deadstock clothing, shoes, accessories, outdoor gear and sportswear, the Kisarazu Concept Store aims to bring fresh encounters between items and people and support a cycle of sustainable consumption.

An Inspiring Atmosphere
There are around 3,000 square meters of floor space to discover at the Kisarazu Concept Store! From undiscovered designs and beautiful clothing pieces to the artfully designed interiors and homey fitting rooms, every inch of the store has been thoughtfully constructed to create a space and atmosphere for shoppers to have fun with their fashion. Feeling hungry or tired? A self-branded “fashion theme park,” the Kisarazu Concept Store offers more than just clothes. If you’re feeling hungry or in need of a break, there is a cafe that is also committed to sustainable practices. The cafe uses surplus and imperfect produce that would otherwise have become food waste to make delicious meals and refreshing drinks.

Access to Kisarazu Concept Store
There are several convenient bus routes from central Tokyo to the Kisarazu Concept Store that take under an hour. There is a bus that goes directly to the Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu from the Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal at Tokyo Station. There are also buses that go from the Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal to the Kisarazu Kaneda Bus Terminal, which is just a short walk away from the mall.
