Kanagawa Fishery Cooperative Association’s Misaki Processing Plant is located at Misaki Harbor, a harbor famous for its tuna, and they are one of the world’s largest tuna processing plants. A store is set up right on the plant grounds, where you can buy tuna and marine produce from the Miura Peninsula.

The Hakone Daimyo Procession is one of Hakone's most famous festivals and held on November 3 every year. Under a clear autumn sky, a total of more than 170 people walk in a procession with people shouting "Shimo ni Shimo ni" (down, down, down), making it a great historical picture scroll that has continued since 1935.

Built around 30 years ago, this residence is situated almost halfway between the Great Buddha of Kamakura and Hase Kannon. An expansive lawn garden enclosed by dignified fences and gates occupies an area of around 1,300 square meters. This includes representative local industries such as kamaboko, tsukemono, confectionery, dried fish, shiokara, and woodwork. This is one of the “town corner museums” that raises awareness of the charms of Odawara through well-planned exhibitions, conversations with the store owner, and direct experiences.

Mt. Nabewari, or Nabewariyama, (1,273 meters above sea level), sits nestled within the Tanzawa mountains of Kanagawa Prefecture and is a popular climbing spot for its beautiful mountain views and local specialty, "nabeyaki" udon noodles. Soji-ji is the main temple of the Soto sect and one of the largest temples in the Kanto region. Originally located in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, it was relocated to Tsurumi in 1911, and contains vast grounds featuring architectural complexes, including the Daseido. Visitors may explore the grounds freely, with the halls of the temple also open to visitors under the supervision of monks. *A 1-hour round-trip course. ※ The experience contains a Zen meditation session in English and vegetarian food tasting. Places for viewing the auditorium on the temple grounds may be restricted due to infectious disease control measures.A temple located in Tsurumigaoka, a scenic place with views of the sacred Mt. Naruse is in an old Japanese house, located in the Kamakura area. The house has a traditional Japanese straw roof. It has been renovated to be a Kaiseki cuisine restaurant. Since the building dates from the late Edo period to early Meiji period, the relaxing, old fashion atmosphere remains. You can enjoy local Kamakura vegetables and seafood here.

As you go up the road from Hakken shrine in Kami Kisawa, you can see Mt. Fuji and fan-shaped farm fields (Dan dan batake) on the mountainside.
