This building houses YRP Hall and various conference and seminar rooms. YRP Hall, which can accommodate up to 270 people, has a spacious ceiling height of 4 meters and is equipped with large video equipment perfect for research presentations and international conferences, as well as audio-visual equipment, simultaneous interpretation booths, Wi-Fi, and other presentation amenities.

One of the few white sand beaches on Miura Peninsula. In 1945 (Showa 29), the first Godzilla appeared on this beach and its footprints are still left.
