Founded in 1857, Izumibashi Sake Brewery is not only a sake brewery but also a cultivator of rice. We see sake as an agricultural by-product, and make sake by growing good rice first.The rice paddies glittering with morning sunshine remind you of a good old Japanese morning. Wake up totally refreshed as you take a tasty sip of Japanese sake made of rice harvested from the rice paddy. We have a shop to sell sake in the brewery as well.Early Morning Sightseeing

With the motto "Sake brewing starts with rice brewing", this restaurant is directly managed by Izumibashi, a cultivated brewery that directly handles rice as a raw material. You can enjoy meals made with local ingredients paired with sake from Izumibashi. The restaurant was started with the desire to be involved in the promotion of the local region by incorporating various local blessings.A restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal vegetables from local farmers, fresh seafood from Sagami Bay, and beef from local livestock farmers, along with Japanese sake.

It was founded in the early Muromachi period as a branch temple of Kencho-ji Temple in Kamakura, inheriting the remains of Kannondo and Kiyomizu-dera. The Kannondo, the Nio-mon Gate, the Nio Guardians and the ema plates are tangible cultural properties designated by Ebina City. Since it is on a hill, it has a nice view, you can have a nice view of Oyama if the weather is sunny. There are various plants in the precincts, which you can enjoy all year.

We also offer other experiences, including the "Romance Car Simulator," where you can enjoy a driving simulation in a real train driver's seat, and the "Kid's Romance Car Park." Our "Diorama Park" reproduces the Odakyu line from Shinjuku to Odawara, Hakone, and Enoshima. The giant diorama truly is a masterpiece, with about 190㎡ using both retired and presently active cars and features original songs and projection mapping. The cafe attached to the museum is free to enter and relax in. Conveniently located next to Ebina Station on the Odakyu Line, it is a museum that can be enjoyed by train enthusiasts, families, friends, and couples.
