It is a sake brewery located in Matsuda-cho, Ashigarakami-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1825 which focuses on Japanese sake under the brand name "Matsumidori". Using water from the Tanzawa mountain range, the sake is soft on the palate and has a gentle taste. The association comprises 13 breweries located in and around northwestern Kanagawa Prefecture. They introduce activities together with Japanese sake made by using the underground water of the Tanzawa Mountains, regarded as one of the three great wells of Japan. With all 140 varieties of local sake produced by Kanagawa Kuramotoya (inside Kanagawa Sake brewing association) on hand, we look forward to welcoming you. Founded in 1868, this is the only sake brewery in Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture. In addition to the traditional "Shirasasa Tsutsumi " and "Sasano-Tsuyu" sake, the brewery also produces the famous "Mozart" series of sake, in which Mozart is played by the koji mold. Sake brewery tours are available by advance reservation. In addition to the old-fashioned Shirasasa Tsutsumi and the original Sasanosu sake, this brewery mixes modernity and tradition in its sake production. Koganei Sake Brewery, established over 200 years ago, is the official brewery for Sakarimasu sake. Situated near the entrance to Nanasawa Onsen in the lush city of Atsugi, it produces sake using the famous mineral waters at the eastern foot of Mount Tanzawa, along with carefully selected sake rice. The brewery also produces a large number of other products using locally sourced ingredients, such as shochu (a Japanese distilled spirit), Sagami Beer (a craft beer range), craft gin, and liqueur, and there is a shop on the premises where you can purchase these. You can also book a tour of the brewery, complete with a tasting session (minimum of 6 people, reservation required).Sakarimasu is a local sake that has been made for over 200 years since the company was founded in 1818, using carefully selected sake rice from all over Japan and quality spring water from the eastern foothills of Mt. Tanzawa. There is also a shop on the premises.

We see sake as an agricultural by-product, and make sake by growing good rice first.The rice paddies glittering with morning sunshine remind you of a good old Japanese morning. This hideaway-like space for adults was selected for the Japan Space Design Award, and from the counter seats equipped with beautiful Edo Kiriko lighting you can enjoy 14 types of beer, from standard to seasonal, while overlooking fermentation tanks that resemble the night view of Kawasaki's factories.Located near Kawasaki Station, this brewery and beer bar is quietly nestled within the former site of Kawasaki-juku on the Tokaido road.
