A single building rental villa limited to just 3 groups per day, located in Hayama about 30 minutes by car from Kamakura and 1 hour from central Tokyo. The villa is a 2 minute walk from Ohama Beach and Hayama Park, and nearby the Hayama Imperial Villa, the oldest imperial residence in Japan that still retains its special atmosphere. The villa has views of Mt. Fuji on clear days and "Diamond Fuji" is able to be seen in both spring and autumn. The beach is also a great space to walk your dog, windsurfi, and SUP. Our spacious area of 75 square meters is fully equipped with a kitchen and plenty of cooking utensils and tableware. There are a number of different food options, including fresh vegetables and fish which are locally sourced, casual and Michelin-starred restaurants, delicious dry-cured ham and deli, as well as natural wine stores. Why not stay overnight and savor the fresh early morning air you can't experience with just a day trip? The quiet starry sky is sure to leave a lasting impression on you. We hold exhibitions several times a year. There is a walking path where you can enjoy sculptures on the grounds, as well as a museum shop and a restaurant where you can enjoy the view of the Isshiki coast.

Previously home to the Japanese painter Hoshun Yamaguchi, this mansion is open to the public as an art museum and boasts of being the place where he produced many masterpieces. Come and peruse his paintings and antique collection in our exhibit! The studio was designed by Isohachi Yoshida, a master of modern sukiya architecture, and the garden contains seasonal plants, a must-see if you're in the area. The main building and studio were registered as a national cultural property in 2023.

Located at Shinnase Beach in Hayama, Kanagawa, Hayama Ocean Sports offers year-round standup paddleboarding (SUP) lessons. But these aren’t just any ordinary SUP lessons. While paddling, students get to enjoy a picturesque view of Mount Fuji. The nearby Najima Island, a small island with a torii gate, can also be seen. The 2-hour classes are kept to a small number and are led by instructors with over 10 years of SUP-teaching experience. Instructors closely guide participants through the basics for about an hour and a half, before students are given free time to paddle on their own. Included in the package are required SUP equipment, a wet suit, as well as a life vest. Participants are also welcome to use the shower facilities inside the clubhouse after the session. If you’re looking to try your hand at a new water sport, try out a SUP lesson with Hayama Ocean Sports. It was founded by Minamoto no Yoritomo to invite the spirits of Mishima Taisha and has a beautiful evening view, selected as one of the 50 most scenic spots in Kanagawa. It is now a sacred place for children, visited by many people from all over Japan.
