The new dessert launched in 2011.Looks like a crepe， but has a spongey texture. The fillings vary depending on the store you go to.  Not just seet flavors， like cream or fruit， but also soba or meat. This is a popular gourmet food available as you walk around the hot springs area."

One of the Imaichi area’s most popular events is its annual fireworks display， Over 5000 Shot Fireworks， which various types of fireworks decorate the night sky over the Daiya River.  

Fireworks can be seen from summer to autumn! Kinugawa Onsen fireworks will be set off, not only during the summer season, but every Saturday from May to October! The fireworks display, titled "Hyakka Ryouran Hanabi - Kinugawa Enka," begin at 9:00 pm. Depending on the facility, you may be able to see them from the room you are staying in.  

For one weekend in November， Nikko’s World Heritage shrines and temples are beautifully illuminated to create a magical atmosphere. Please enjoy the fantastic night atmosphere which is different from the daytime due to the lighting and scenery surrounded by autumn leaves.

Kirifuri Waterfall is an impressive， two-tiered waterfall located below the Kirifuri Highlands. The upper being 25 meters， and the lower being 26 meters with a total length of 75 meters. The waterfall is split into two upper and lower stages， it is called Kirifuri because of the fact that when the lower stage hits the rocks the water scatters into fog (the characters in the waterfall's name "kiri" means "fog" in Japanese and "furi" means to fall. ) The surrounding nature blends together with the scenery gracefully， and this magnificent view was captured by Katsushika Hokusai in a representative Edo-era ukiyo-e (wood block print). Upstream of Kirifuri Falls， there is a little-known spot known as "Kirifuri Kakure Santaki" or The Three Hidden Waterfalls of Kirifuri. It is about 10 meters high， but there is the powerful "Choji no Taki"， and “Tamasudare no Taki”."

Located near the top of (2nd) Irohazaka Slope， Akechidaira Plateau has sweeping views over a winding road and a dramatic mountain backdrop. This 3-minute long ropeway cable car ride takes you from the Akechidaira Plateau to an observation platform located at 1373m， offering superb panoramic views of the Nikko area， including Kegon Falls， Lake Chuzenji， Mt. Nantai， and the surrounding mountains in the distance. The vista is especially beautiful during the change of colors in the autumn， and during cherry blossom season. It is said this "Akechidaira" area， which offers the best view in all of Nikko， takes its name from Akechi Mitsuhide who assassinated Oda Nobunaga during the famous Honnoji Temple incident."

The dramatic scenery of Matsuki Valley was created when wildfires and smoke from the Ashio Copper Mine caused the area's vegetation to die off， exposing the sandy stone surface underneath. Today， the rugged rock surfaces and steep cliffs have led to some calling it the "Grand Canyon of Japan." In winter， you may even see the Shirayuki waterfall frozen solid."

About a kilometer from Futarasan-jinja Shrine stands Takinoo-jinja Shrine， standing quietly amid the cedar trees. The atmospheric Takinoo-jinja is a popular place to pray for a successful marriage， pregnancy or birth， but people also come in search of more general luck. According to the legend， if you throw a coin through the small hole atop the torii gate at the entrance， you’ll be blessed with good fortune—but you only get three tries， so aim carefully."

This park surrounds Nikko Suginamikimichi， the world's longest tree-lined street. In the park， there is an old-fashioned water mill once used in the production of incense sticks for which the area is well-known， and a traditional wooden farmhouse from 1830."

In 1610， two farmers were said to find copper in Mt.Bizentate. Mt. Bizentate stands 1，272 meters tall and is particularly popular among hikers in late April， when tall-growing azalea shrubs bloom across the mountainside."

The Tochigi Prefectural Nikko Natural History Museum, adjacent to the Oku-Nikko Information Center, provides up-to-date nature information, tourist information for Oku-Nikko, and various other guidance. The museum offers multilingual support in English, Chinese, Korean, and Thai. A highlight is the "Nature Exhibition Room," where visitors can feel immersed themselves in the breathtaking natural beauty of Oku-Nikko through state-of-the-art digital displays. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Oku Nikko's natural landscape on our large screens, featuring flowing waters and wetlands, and the creatures that inhabit them. In the forest diorama, you can experience a virtual nature observation using AR content on tablets, exploring various animal field signs and their ecology. Our humanities exhibit introduces the spiritual significance of Oku-Nikko and its history as a popular international summer resort since the early Showa period. Additionally, we offer a range of nature experience activities such as bicycle rentals and guided nature tours.

Yunoko Lake is a lake that has formed by the eruption of Mt. Mitake. It is about 3 km in circumference. It is surrounded on three sides by mountains， and is somehow shrouded in a mysterious atmosphere. There is a walking path on the lakeshore， and you can make a round of it in about an hour. There are various types of primary forests in the surroundings， and you can see colorful autumnal leaves in the fall. It is also a spot famous for trout fishing， and is thronged with people during the fishing season from May to September."

This dairy farm， located inside Nikko National Park at an altitude of1，030 to 1，300 meters， Ozasa Farm offers a great view of the Kanto Plain. Animals and people living in the farm enjoy quiet， tranquil surroundings amidst great natural beauty. Visitors can not only interact with horses， goats and sheep， but also try to make ice cream and butter at their workshops. Other activities include horse riding and camping facilities at a nearby site."

This branch temple of Nikkosan Rinnoji Temple was founded in 784 by Shodo， the first head priest of Nikko. The wooden statue for which it’s named—which represents Kannon， the thousand-armed goddess of mercy—is said to have been carved by Shodo himself. The temple is also home to several historically significant Buddha statues. It is also the 18th stop on the 33 Kannon Temple Bando Pilgrimage route， so many pilgrims visit to see it."

This is a spacious park along both banks of the Daiya River， which runs through the city. It was built around the concept of appreciating the natural beauty of Nikko. The park includes auto camping grounds， sports fields， athletic training areas， a small restaurant serving local vegetables and natural features such as ponds and streams. Daiya-taiken-kan display a model of Nikko Toshogu (1/10 scale). Buildings， paintings and sculptures are finely expressed. "

Lake Ikari is a reservoir on the Ojikagawa River， downstream of Yunishigawa Dam.The lake's name， which means ""50 'ri' lake，"" is derived from the fact the lake is located 50 'ri' from Nihonbashi in Edo. During the fall foliage season from mid-October to early November， the lake and the fiery leaves of the trees on its shore create a beautiful contrast， attracting large numbers of visitors. Around May 5th each year， koinobori carp streamers can be seen ""swimming"" as they are flown from the top of Ikari Dam.""

This 45-meter waterfall is located along the Arasawa River， a tributary of the Daiya River. It is considered one of the three best waterfalls in Nikko， along with Kegon Falls and Kirifuri Falls. Urami Falls was written about by Matsuo Basho， a famous poet of the Edo period (1603-1867)."
