Odawara Castle Ruins Park, centered on Honmaru Square where the castle tower is situated, is designated as a National Historic Site and is one of Odawara's most popular tourist attractions. A promenade made by overhauling a dead track used by the former Japan National Railways that opened in 1911. It consists of three bridges connecting the Nihonmaru Memorial Park to the Shinko area. Skyscrapers of the Minatomirai area can be viewed from this 500-meter long boardwalk. Rubblework constructed at the time of the opening of the railways, a US-made railroad bridge and other historical structures are left in their original places. The Unga Park located at the end of Kisha Michi in the Shinko area has a plaza facing the promenade.

Kibune Shrine’s Kibune Festival, set in Manazuru, is considered one of Japan’s three major ship festivals and occurs annually in late July. It is designated as an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property.During this two-day event, numerous boats—including one carrying a mikoshi (portable shrine)—are adorned with vibrant flower decorations and towed by oar-operated boats called Kaidenma in Manazuru Port. Both the daytime and illuminated nighttime visuals, which are accompanied by traditional songs and instruments, are mesmerizing. Manazuru celebrates this festival for prosperity in fishing and good health.The festival also features traditional Kashima dancing and mikoshi processions. The observatory lighthouse in Enoshima's Samuel Cocking Garden was reopened after renovations on April 29, 2003. With a height of 59.8m (119.6m above sea level), its innovative construction has become familiar as a new symbol of Enoshima. Mt. Fuji and the Tanzawa mountains are visible from the observation deck, with the 360 degree panorama making for a truly spectacular view.

This ancient shrine is said to have been built over 2,000 years ago. The Hakone Tozan Line connecting Odawara and Gora boasts over 130 years of history, dating back to when the company was known as the Odawara Horse-drawn Railway. As Japan's steepest railway powered solely by wheel traction, it climbs at an 80‰ (per mille) incline by executing three switchbacks, zigzagging while reversing the direction of travel. The Kannonsaki Lighthouse is Japan's first Western-style lighthouse, designed by the Frenchman, F.L. Verny. He was invited in 1977 from his home country as a foreign engineer and pioneer of Western culture in Japan. The lighthouse collapsed later in an earthquake and was rebuilt, with the current being the third version. Located in the scenic Kannonsaki Park, it features views of boats sailing in Tokyo Bay, as well as the Boso Peninsula on the opposite shore. This flea market is held on the third Saturday night of the month, usually from April to July and from September to October. The Fureai-dori Arcade has shops for eating and drinking, and the shopping street has several locations for live music, dance performances, and shows by street performers.
