This retarding basin with a 3，300ha of reed bed is one of the largest in Japan. Visitors can enjoy a variety of recreation activities including water sports， cycling， fishing， fireworks show and sports events. The 11.5-kilometre trail by the Watarase River and forests is well worth walking. Watarase-yusuichi was recognised under the Ramsar Convention on July 3， 2012.

On the theme of SAMURAI, we offer Zen, Iai (sword-drawing) and Sado (tea ceremony) programs with authentic location, people, and objects at a Zen Buddhist temple steeped in nature. At the center of the park, there is a park center that serves as both a management office as well as an exhibition facility Remnants of the castle during the Warring States Period can be found throughout the park. Ashikaga Fireworks Festival  that is climax of the Ashikaga Summer Festival is a traditional event that began in 1896. It is known as the "500,000 people's evening cool" because it proud Kanto's largest scale and is crowded with so many spectator from all Kanto area. Over 25,000 fireworks such as "Shakudama", "Shikake" fireworks are fired and Great Niagara and Star Mine are launched.

Nasu Kogen Minamigaoka Farm is situated in the highlands 700 metres above sea level at the foot of Mount Nasu. The farm has maintained its natural landscape since its foundation. There are a wide range of activities on offer such as horse riding, butter making, archery and miniature golf. Visitors can enjoy fresh milk, dairy products and processed foods with a magnificent view of the Nasunogahara fields.

The Hakone Old Highway is a part of the Tōkaidō Highway established by the Edo Shogunal government, and the sloping road extends for 32 km from the Mishima post station via the Hakone-toge pass to the Odawara post station. The part between the Mishima post station and the Hakone check station through the Hakone-toge pass at an elevation of 846 m had been considered the most grueling part in the Tōkaidō Highway, as in addition to the steep ascent at high elevation, travelers had to walk through knee-deep mud if it snowed or rained. The Edo Shogunal government spent 1,400 ryo to pave the road with stone for 10 km of the road. According to records, it was originally paved with local Hakone-dake bamboo, however, it needed to be regularly repaved as the bamboo would rot, costing a great deal of money every year. Now only 2 km of the original stone pavement remains. Enjoy imagining travel in the old days while walking along the original paved segment of the old highway.The mountain road is overgrown with trees, so an early morning start is recommended. When the weather is nice, the sunlight through the trees feels refreshing. Be careful as the stone pavement is slippery after it rains.

Yagura are square, horizontal caves dug into rock cliffs where tombstones housing bones of the deceased were erected for memorial services. They are unique structures built primarily in Kamakura and its surrounding areas from the late Kamakura period (1185-1333) to the early Muromachi period (1336-1573). The Mandarado Yagura Caves can be found on the historic Nagao Kishidori Pass, and boasts of one of the largest known clusters, comprising over 150 confirmed caves. Few other locations within Kamakura City offer such a concentrated view of well-preserved yagura. Enjoy the unique, spectacular view of the rows of caves spanning multiple layers.

In the Hinata area, Equinox flowers start blossoming from mid-September and peak in late September. Accompanied by the green mountains and yellow rice flowers, they paint another layer of elegant colors for the mountains. The former Hirobumi Ito Kanazawa Villa in Nojima Park is a building with a thatched roof built in 1898 by Hirobumi Ito, a man who served as the first Prime Minister of Japan. The villa features views of Hakkeijima and the sea.

Shiki no Sato (Village of Four Seasons) is a facility surrounded by nature where you can have first-hand agricultural experiences. It is a place where urban residents and locals can mingle and use it as a base facility for experiencing work by hand, such as rice planting, rice harvesting, making pizza from scratch, etc. You can purchase freshly picked local fresh vegetables and special products at the Shiki no Sato shop on grounds of the facility.

TIVOLI is confection maker which opened in November 2017 that produces assorted cookies and boasts the top share in the domestic market. This is their only facility for factory tours and direct retail. The theme is “sweet factory for the five senses.” From the second floor, visitors can observe the staff working and the robots moving nimbly as the sweets are produced. They also offer opportunities for guests to try making their own sweets. Small children can also participate. Guests can also enjoy learning about confection production and eat the freshly baked goodies.

Nestled within the Sagami Yokoyama/Sagami River Suburban Greenbelt Special Preservation Area and the Greater Tokyo Suburban Greenbelt Preservation area, this scenic park boasts spectaclar natural scenery. It serves as a green space for conservation and a place of relaxation for local citizens. In an effort to preserve the natural environment of the Yokohama Hills and the source of the Michihoshi River as an urban green space, it serves as a place for interaction with nature where water and greenery meet. Visitors can observe wild birds and plants up close, deepening their understanding of nature. The park is also utilized as a venue for environmental education and outdoor learning.
