Hakone museum of art is the oldest museum in Hakone. The museum opened in Hakone-cho Gora in 1952. The museum displays Asian and Japanese ceramics that have been collected by the founder of the museum Mokichi Okada before his death. The exhibition mainly consists of “Japanese Yakimono (ceramics)”.Collections are: Mino wares such as Shino, Oribe, and Kiseto from Momoyama to Edo era, pots and jars of Six Old Kilns of Japan (Tokoname, Seto, Shigaraki, Tanba, Bizen, and Echizen) from Kamakura to Muromachi era, and earthenware and haniwa (a hollow clay) from Jomon era.There is Japanese garden with “Koke Niwa”, “Hagi no michi”, “Take Niwa”. There are over 130 kinds of mosses and 200 Japanese maples, which create beautiful scene in all four seasons. Any visitors are welcomed to view the garden.It is rare to see the place like Hakone museum since they have great ceramics and Japanese gardens at the same time. The vast classical Japan garden covering over 175,000 square meters was opened by Hara Sankei, a businessman who made a fortune with the Japanese silk trade. Rinshunkaku, the Three-Storied Pagoda of Old Toumyouji are amongst the properties designated as Important Cultural Properties by the Japanese government. The garden is also a famous viewing spot for plum and cherry blossoms, azaleas, and autumn leaves. During the night event the beautiful lit-up cherry blossoms with a backdrop of historical buildings will take your breath away.

The path leading to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, called “dankazura,” extends approximately 500 meters from the second torii gate to the shrine itself. In 1182, Minamoto no Yoritomo, the first shogun of Japan, built the traditional street to the shrine as he prayed for the safe delivery of his wife, Masako. Cherry blossoms and azaleas are planted to the left and right, and the scenery is breathtaking during the flower season.

Saimyoji Temple, a temple of the Chizan school of Shingon Buddhism, is a famous temple known as Ryusyukuzan Kongoin Temple, which is said to have been founded by Jikaku Daishi or by Hojo Tokiyori. The temple was revered by the shogunate during the Edo period, and is also known for the enshrinement of Daikokuten, one of the seven gods of good fortune of Kawasaki.

Nabewari, or Nabewariyama, (1,273 meters above sea level), sits nestled within the Tanzawa mountains of Kanagawa Prefecture and is a popular climbing spot for its beautiful mountain views and local specialty, "nabeyaki" udon noodles. Pacifico Yokohama is located on the waterfront of Minato Mirai 21, a new city in Yokohama, and is "the world's largest complex MICE facility." Pacifico Yokohama, a multi-purpose convention facility that can hold a variety of events such as academic conferences, incentives, corporate conventions, exhibitions, concerts, and events, will open a new facility in 2020. On the first floor of the North, a 6,300 m² carpeted floor with a pillar-free space will be created, making it the largest banquet venue in Japan to be used in conjunction with meetings.

The Convention Hall is located on the 4th floor of Minaca Odawara, which opened in December 2020. We have been farming in Yokohama for over 500 years.After cultivating rice and vegetables, raising pigs and chickens, and growing flowers, we began producing “Ohisama Shiitake” in 2012 and “Ohisama Kikurage” in 2014. In addition to prioritizing safety and quality, we aim to share the deliciousness of food, as well as the enjoyment and importance of agriculture. To this end, we offer experiences such as mushroom picking, BBQ, and at-home shiitake growing kits.We are also committed to environmentally friendly, sustainable farming. Electricity generated by solar panels and other renewable energy sources is used in our mushroom cultivation. Spent mushroom beds are not discarded but returned to the fields as compost, creating a sustainable cycle for growing delicious vegetables.At the farm, you can also try experiences such as using a hand-pumped well and entering an air-raid shelter. At our farm stand, in addition to fresh shiitake and kikurage mushrooms, we offer a variety of processed products, including tsukudani, caramel popcorn, and potato chips made with dried shiitake powder, and pasta kits packaged in collaboration with welfare facilities.

For one weekend in November， Nikko’s World Heritage shrines and temples are beautifully illuminated to create a magical atmosphere. Please enjoy the fantastic night atmosphere which is different from the daytime due to the lighting and scenery surrounded by autumn leaves.

It is a shop with a garden, which is rare among rental kimono shops along Komachi Dori in Kamakura. The store interior has an area of 182 square meters, and visitors can take photographs with their own cameras, and head to the tourist spots right away. Visitors can choose from 1000 kimonos of all types, as if choosing clothes. Same day service can also be provided, but advanced reservation is recommended.

This dedicated hall for prayer was constructed in 1998 to fulfill the wishes of many worshippers, making it the foremost Goma prayer hall in Nikko. In this esoteric Buddhist ritual, your prayers are conveyed to the Buddha through sacred fire. Goma prayers are performed daily and are open to all. They offer various benefits such as domestic tranquility, physical health, and prosperity in business. In the inner sanctuary of the Great Goma Hall, the principal image is the "Five Great Kings", surrounded by 30 statues of Buddhas and ancestral masters, including the "Seven Lucky Gods" and the "Twelve Heavenly Generals." Additionally, on the ceiling, you can find a magnificent painting of a "Great Ascending Dragon" that took two and a half years to complete. Sessho-seki is a huge lava rock on the slope of Mount Nasu near Nasu Yumoto Onsen. According to literature from the Muromachi period (室町時代) (1336-1573), a fox with nine tails disguised itself as a beautiful woman and tried to kill the Emperor Toba. After fleeing to Nasu, the demon vixen was vanquished and turned into a stone. The stone was named "Sessho-seki " (Killing Stone) because many creatures died from the poisonous air it emitted.This place has been designated a National Place of Scenic Beauty.

Edo is the former name of Tokyo used until the late 19th century. This theme park authentically recreates town life in the Edo period. The huge village consists of rows of merchant houses， a samurai mansion， a Ninja village and much more. The culture of the Edo period comes alive through the townspeople and events， you can even put on a costume and join in yourself!
