The Yokohama Three Towers were nicknamed by a foreign sailor in the early Showa Period based on the face cards; Kanagawa Prefectural Government Building as the King, Kanagawa Customs Building as the Queen, and Yokohama City Port-opening Memorial Hall as the Jack.

This is one of the few "Kids only circuits" in Japan. It is mainly targeted towards children of 5 to 10 years, but they are used by people of a wide range of ages, even adults. This Spanish-style (western style) building is located at the southern end of Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen), from where you can see the harbor. The coffee room on the first floor is an open space where you can overlook the rose garden. The rose flavor tea is a popular souvenir.
