You can not only see the famous cherry trees "Someiyoshino", but also a special cherry variety "Omoigawa" trees at Oyama City. Omoigawa blooms about one week after Someiyoshino. Although officially founded in 1868， the name of this venerable confectionary shop can be found in documents from the late Edo period. Its most famous offering is its Koin Monaka. These monaka (bean jam-filled wafer cakes) feature a motif inspired by the ancient official seals (Koin) of the Ashikaga Clan. Other popular items include its Koin Senbei (rice crackers)， Takauji Senbei and Takauji (Dorayaki， bean jam filled pancake) ， the latter of which was inspired by the character of the Ashikaga Takauji， the first Ashikaga shogun. Another popular item is their Monaka Gokko， which allows you to enjoy the classic flavor of monaka in a casual "make it yourself" style."

A botanical garden in Sano City， Tochigi that boasts some of the best dogtooth violet scenery during March and April. Alongside the violets you can enjoy flowers year-round including Anemone nikoensis and Disporum smilacinum in spring， golden-rayed lilies in summer， and Salvia Nipponica in the fall. There's also a hiking trail to Mikamoyama Park."

Hōshakuji Station opened in 1899.The station building was rebuilt in 2008 by Kengo Kuma's design. On the ceiling， wood is arranged in a geometric pattern. In 2008， that station building won an award in architecture department of Brunel Award that International Railway Design Competition. Space of Chokkura was designd by Mr. Kuma with the image that light and wind blow through. There are bildings made of oya tuff stone. In the space， markets and live performances are held on holidays.

“Washi-no-Sato” is a Washi papermaking factory in the mountain village of Nasu-Karasuyama. Washi is traditional Japanese hand-made paper increasingly attracting the attention of people abroad. “Karasuyama Washi” has a history dating back 1，200 years in Tochigi. Come to our workshops to learn about the traditional craftsmanship and make your own sheet of Washi paper!

Nasu Senbonmatsu Ranch, located in Nasushiobara City, is a vast ranch with abundant nature. Visitors to the ranch can enjoy activities such as interacting with animals, cycling, horseback riding, and delicious meals made with locally produced products. The dairy products made from the high quality milk produced by the farm's careful attention to soil and grass cultivation are all excellent, and make excellent souvenirs. Visitors can also enjoy strawberry picking in winter and spring, and blueberry picking in summer.

Lake Chuzenji is the largest lake in Tochigi， framed by 25 kilometres of incredible nature. The area used to be a popular summer resort for foreigners in the late 19th to early 20th centuries. The villas of French and Belgian embassies can still be found here. You can enjoy seasonal charms by the lake. Walking trails surround the water’s edge and there is an excursion boat available on the lake. The views from the lake are spectacular， particularly when the cherry blossoms or azaleas are blooming or when the autumn leaves are turning. The “Koyo-meguri” tour， enjoying autumn leaves reflecting on the lake， is highly recommended.

This is a day trip onsen facility in Kinugawa Park that holding by Nikko City.It is said that the water from here is good for skin and has a beautifying effect.   Both men's and women's baths have open-air baths and indoor baths. The open-air baths are made of rocks, and the source water is abundant, so you can enjoy the seasonal flowers and plants, as well as the chirping of insects and birds, while enjoying the baths.   The view around the onsen is very beautiful, which makes visitors feel relax here. In April, the park's weeping cherry trees are in full bloom, that you should't miss.

For over 100 years since its foundation, Sanbonmatsu Chaya has been a rest area for people who travel to, from, and through Oku-nikko. Please drop by for a rest during your trip. The restaurant serves homemade dishes using a lot of local ingredients, and the souvenir shop has a line up of items that you can buy only at Sanbonmatsu Chaya! They also offer a dessert making workshop (from around August through October): You will first harvest strawberries at Mt. Berry Okunikko in Senjogahara and then make sweets at Sanbonmatsu Chaya. You can make a reservation a week before, but they recommend you do so as early as possible. If there is a vacancy, you can even reserve your spot on the same day. Please enjoy making a dessert you like!

This music box museum is located in Nasu County， Tochigi Prefecture. Its permanent exhibit features 100 items including antique music boxes， mechanical musical instruments， and other items， most of which are from the collection of music box collector Kiyoshi Sato. The museum mainly exhibits antique music boxes made in the 19th and 20th centuries in Europe and the Americas. Visitors can enjoy explanations and music box performances by the staff for 20 minutes every hour. Visitors to the museum， which is visited by many tourists， can also enjoy activities such as making their own music box."

This dairy farm， located inside Nikko National Park at an altitude of1，030 to 1，300 meters， Ozasa Farm offers a great view of the Kanto Plain. Animals and people living in the farm enjoy quiet， tranquil surroundings amidst great natural beauty. Visitors can not only interact with horses， goats and sheep， but also try to make ice cream and butter at their workshops. Other activities include horse riding and camping facilities at a nearby site."

Established in 1849， Shimazaki Sake Brewery is open for tours of the brewery and the history of the brewing process (prior bookings required). Along with a selection of local Sake， you can purchase other liqueurs made from Yuzu， strawberries or Ume plums and Sake ice cream made with Ginjo-shu. The “Sakagura Festival” held at the brewery in March offers sake-tasting， quizzes， prize draws and sales of limited edition Sake bottles.

Since its debut as the nation’s first local line in 1912, the Mooka line has operated daily. Two models of Mooka steam locomotive run on weekends and holidays when many tourists come to see them working as they have for 100 years. In spring, the railway track is almost wrapped in pink cherry blossoms and the ground a shade of yellow with the spreading rapeseed field. The colour contrast attracts many photographers.

Kurobane Castle Ruins Park is known and loved for its flowers; the Kurobane Hydrangea Flower Festival is held here when the roughly 6,000 hydrangeas in the area come into bloom.   From inside the park, visitors can admire the flowers that line the old moat from the bridge. During the festival, various events including a haiku contest and photography contest are held, and stalls are set up. In the evening (from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm), the hydrangeas are lit up so that visitors can admire them even at night-time.

Pete-Dye Golf Club is a masterpiece 18-hole course designed on the land of Nikko by the genius Pete Dye. It is named after the golf course architect Pete Dye. The course is flat but long and tough, and is one of the best championship courses in Tochigi Prefecture. The course will make you play seriously and let you find your true skill level. The course also features an authentic and classy clubhouse.
