Kamakura Seaside Park Yuigahama Area

The Kamakura Seaside Park faces the coastlines of Yuigahama Beach and Inamuragasaki. The area is divided into three districts: The Yuigahama area with an open grassy square and playground equipment, the Inamuragasaki area which is a historical site with an observation deck, and the Sakanoshita area which is right by the sea. Loved by many people, the area offers views of Izu Oshima Island and the Izu Peninsula on sunny days. The Inamuragasaki area makes use of the natural geography and has an open grassy lawn where visitors can enjoy beautiful views. In the winter, Mt Fuji is sometimes visible in the background behind views of Enoshima. It is also a designated historical site well known for the legendary story of Nitta Yoshisada’s campaign.

Nogeyama Zoological Gardens

Nogeyama Zoological Gardens

Since its opening in the 26th year of the Showa period (1951), Nogeyama Zoological Gardens has been popular as a familiar zoo. Admission is free and the zoo has a long history of breeding approximately 65 species of animals.The zoo will extend its opening hours on Saturdays and Sundays in August, and will hold a special summer evening event where the zoo will open to the public at night, an experience otherwise unavailable to the public. Visitors can enjoy a different view of the zoo at night when the zoo is decorated with illuminations and the animals are more active!

Narukawa Art Museum

Narukawa Art Museum

Narukawa Art Museum stands by the Ashinoko in Hakone, surrounded by trees. It was opened to the public in 1988. They have a collection of more than 4,000 works specializing in modern Japanese paintings. They have about 150 pieces of works by Gakuto Yamamoto, who has won an award for culture. About 40 pieces of Ikuo Hirayama. From the museum's garden, enjoy an excellent view of Hakone.Enjoy one of Hakone's best views from the Panorama Lounge — when the sky is clear, admire Mount Fuji, Lake Ashi and Hakone Shrine's red torii gate together.

Yokohama Anpanman Children’s Museum

The Yokohama Anpanman Children's Museum is a theme park based on the hugely popular children's show, "Anpanman". The third floor of the museum recreates familiar scenes from the anime, such as Uncle Jam's Bakery and the Anpanman Mobile, allowing parents and children both to experience the world of Anpanman together. Visitors can also enjoy daily stage shows and character greetings from Anpanman and his friends. The first floor, which is free for all guests, has shops selling limited edition goods and food, as well as restaurants, so you can enjoy both shopping and dining. This indoor facility is perfect for outings with your children, especially when you don't want to worry about the weather!

Nissan Heritage Collection

The tour includes the viewing of historic and valuable Nissan cars. There are old cars from the 1930s, like production cars, historic race cars, Nissan street motorcycles, off-road vehicles, and other vintage vehicles. The museum owns around 400 memorial vehicles, with 300 of them on display. ・No smoking in the building ・Do not take photos of the building outside ・Try not to touch the cars. Kamakura Donabe gohankaedena

Kamakura earthen pot restaurant Kaedena is in Hase, Kamakura. It serves you special earthen pot Japanese menu. At lunch time "Donabe gohan", rice menu will be cooked in the earthen pots. They serve for each guest an earthen pot cooked rice in slowly cooked seaweed broth. The rice are from contracted farmer in Shinoyama, Tanba, Hyougo prefecture. At dinner time, you can enjoy the chef's special originals. This place is near from Hase Buddha and Kamakura Daibutu.

Located 273m above ground, this observatory floor prides itself as one of the tallest in Japan. The magnificent panorama is breathtaking. You can enjoy a 360 degree view of an estimated 80km ahead, which includes of course, the beautiful scenery of Yokohama’s Minato Mirai, and if the weather is clear, Tokyo Skytree, Mount Fuji and the Boso Peninsula. The stunning nightscape is also a sight not to be missed.For a panoramic view of Yokohama take the 40-second elevator ride to the 69th floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower. Kannonzaki Prefectural Lighthouse

Kannonzaki Prefectural Lighthouse

The Kannonsaki Lighthouse is Japan's first Western-style lighthouse, designed by the Frenchman, F.L. Verny. He was invited in 1977 from his home country as a foreign engineer and pioneer of Western culture in Japan. The lighthouse collapsed later in an earthquake and was rebuilt, with the current being the third version. Located in the scenic Kannonsaki Park, it features views of boats sailing in Tokyo Bay, as well as the Boso Peninsula on the opposite shore. The lighthouse has an exhibition and reference room, where valuable materials such as lighthouse lenses are displayed. Please contact Tokokai for any inquiries (see website).
