Yadoya Mitsunori, a close aide and temple magistrate to Hojo Tokiyori, became a follower of Nichiren Shonin's disciple, Nichiro Shonin, and donated his own residence to build "Mitsunoriji Temple". The temple grounds are constantly filled with flowers from season to season, especially the 200-year-old kaidou tree that blooms in early April and the 300 varieties of mountain hydrangea that bloom from mid-May.

The Hakone Daimyo Procession is one of Hakone's most famous festivals and held on November 3 every year. Under a clear autumn sky, a total of more than 170 people walk in a procession with people shouting "Shimo ni Shimo ni" (down, down, down), making it a great historical picture scroll that has continued since 1935.

Hakone Gora Park was opened at 1914 and you can see seasonal flowers such as cherry blossoms, azaleas, hydrangeas, autumn leaves and roses. It offers various activities and facilities including tea ceremony experience, pottery, glass blowing and botanical garden. This park is an excellent choice for enjoying the Hakone trip.

From Nishihirabatake Park you can see an astounding view of Mount Fuji, which is even recognized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as being one of the best as it made it onto their Fujimi-byakkei List.Visit Matsudayama Herb Garden, located in Nishihirabatake Park, for a spectacular view of nature as the garden’s seasonal herbs bloom alongside the cherry blossoms.The evening illumination allows you to enjoy both the night view and the cherry blossoms. The illumination seen from the bottom of the mountain is also fantastic, with the area around the park being painted in pink. Kawazu cherry blossoms bloom in February. Spots where Mt. Fuji is visible across the sea are rare even in Japan. The Enoshima area, one of those rare spots, is known for its beautiful views of Mt. Fuji where it appears quite large, especially on sunny winter days. Recommended viewpoints include Enoshima, as well as points between Katase-Enoshima Station and Enoshima; for example, Enoshima Bentenbashi Bridge, Nishihama Beach, and Kugenuma Beach. This pig farm is located in the westernmost area of Fujisawa. A shop is set up on the property on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Pork and pork products (such as marinated pork and hamburg steak) are sold from the refrigerator, and vegetables are also sold depending on the season.

Memorial Ship MIKASA is a battle ship that was built in England 1902 (Meiji 35). In 1905 (Meiji 38), MIKASA was led by Admiral Heihachiro Togo, Commander-in-Chief of the Combined Fleet, and battled as a Falg ship of the Combined Fleet in the Battle of Tsushima. Japan won an overwhelming victory in the battle against Baltic Fleet of Russia. Japanese are proud of MIKASA's unsurpassed accomplishment, and the ship is the symbol of our pride.Listed as one of the worlds three great memorial ships, Mikasa was used defensively to defeat the Russian Baltic fleet during the Japanese-Russo War. Below deck is a great museum filled with excellent presentations about the ship's history.

In an effort to preserve the natural environment of the Yokohama Hills and the source of the Michihoshi River as an urban green space, it serves as a place for interaction with nature where water and greenery meet. Visitors can observe wild birds and plants up close, deepening their understanding of nature. The park is also utilized as a venue for environmental education and outdoor learning.

This street is one of the most famous shopping street in Kamakura, Japan. It has been featured in some TV programs and magazines. There are about 250 shops. Come and see various shops while you stroll the town.Starting next to Kamakura station, Komachi-dori is a long shopping street that's fun to explore. You can view the rooms reminiscent of the past, with marble fireplaces and stained glass, as well as the important resources inside from related authors such as Yasunari Kawabata. In the garden filled with greenery, some 250 shrubs of roses bloom in Spring and Autumn. This building is the model for the villa in Yukio Mishima’s novel, “Spring Snow”.The grounds and rose garden are quite beautiful, but there is not a lot of English support available inside the museum.

At Ninomiya (a shop inside the Ninomiya Town Tourism Association) we have local products and foods made from olives, peanuts, onions, and shiitake mushrooms, which are specialities of Ninomiya Town.
