Yudate Kagura is a traditional event was handed down in 1776. While the Shinto ritual of yudate exists throughout Japan, it is not so common for it be carried out by a lion. Praying for sound health, peace and prosperity in the household, and bumper crops, the lion stirs boiling water with bamboo grass, and purifies the worshippers by sprinkling them with the water, warding off pestilence. While being selected as a national Intangible Folk Cultural Property, it is also designated as Yudate Shishimai, an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Kanagawa Prefecture.

Shiraku Hot Spring is a natural hot spring with water that springs from about 1300 meters underground. The seawater underground has been trapped for hundreds of thousands of years and here you can expect better skin metabolism, smoother skin, and recovery from fatigue.

【Forest Promenade】This 300-meter-long promenade stretches out in the direction of the cape from the Nakagawa Museum of Art. Midway there is a hut for bird-watching. 【Forest Therapy Promenade】 As opposed to the Forest Promenade, this promenade stretches out towards the south and is 850 meters long. 【Banbaura Promenade】 This promenade is about 450 meters long and stretches from Kamegasaki to the Banbaura car park along the coastline.Going in the morning is recommended. As you stroll along this course, enjoy the crisp air and feel the sea breeze during any season.

Being 2,000 metres above sea level, this marsh is the nation’s highest wetland and is known for its abundant alpine plants. In the wetland where spring comes late, July is the best time to view the alpine plants blossoming one after another. The grass starts to turn yellow in late August and the leaves paint the entire wetland flaming red in mid-September. Plants and trees are lightly dusted with snow in November and you can see the arrival of migratory birds. Enjoy the diverse nature of each and every one of the seasons!

Their headquarters factory has an archive where you can learn about the story and history behind the creation of the brand, and in the factory itself, you can view the treasured traditional manufacturing techniques they use. You can also experience those techniques with your own hands. There is also a shop where you can purchase souvenirs before you head home.
The Hase Ceramics Workshop gives you the valuable experience of using an electric potter's wheel in an authentic workshop. Even beginners will be able to make their own original piece in about an hour with the help of an instructor, who will teach you how to use the potter's wheel and how to shape your pottery into your desired form. Your finished piece will be sent to you by post after it has been dried and fired.

We reopened as Yokohama Strawberry Park on April 23rd, 2022, with a new reservation system and only open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We allow you to enjoy fresh, delicious strawberries regardless of the season. The strawberries at our facility are carefully grown by people with disabilities under the guidance of strawberry cultivation experts. You can enjoy our strawberry juice and parfait, which both use strawberries harvested at our facility, at our cafe, which can be used without a reservation.
The hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from Kamakura Station, making it ideal for sightseeing. The lobby welcomes you with the warmth of wood. It is used both as a library of Japanese modern literature and event site. They have more than 1.2 million collections. Some of them are entitled famous writers' names, such as Yasushi Inoue library, Shohei Ooka library and Soseki Natsume special collection. They usually exhibit Kanagawa literature. The museum also displays personal exhibitions of Sosuke Natsume, Ryunosuke Akutagawa and other Kanagawa related writers.
