In March 2025, this store located in an old storehouse was renovated to add a dining area. You'll want to try the "Rice Flour Pizza", made with rice flour produced during the rice polishing process, along with tasing sets, and more. Visitors can enjoy enjoy the cintunously broastcast videos about rice production and sake brewing, adding an extra depth to the experience by allowing you to see, taste, and experience Izumibashi's cultivation and brewing firsthand. At Nakai Satomachi CAFÉ, you can relax while gazing at Mt. Fuji. Brand specialties are also on sale here. Next to the café, a giant pizza oven measuring approximately 2 meters across, and a kitchen range have been installed, and there is a Satomachi Kitchen where people can try their hand at making pizza.
Tobiccho is concerned about the freshness and tastiness of Shirasu (whitebait, baby sardine). The shirasu don't stay fresh so long that Tobiccho uses only ones caught on the day. The shirasu come directly from Shonan, Fujisawa, Katase and Kamakura fishery port.
Itsukushima Shissei Park, in Kanagawa Prefecture, was built to restore and preserve wetland (which is considered rare because of the freshwater produced there). Inside the park, there is a large pond surrounded by greenery. There is a wooden walkway that stretches over the pond, and visitors can freely walk on it whilst enjoying the surrounding plants. Fireflies can be spotted over the pond in summer, which makes the park a popular spot for firefly viewing.
It has been selected as one of Kanagawa's 100 flower viewing spots. In the area of about 1.6 kilometers, there are approximately 300 Somei-Yoshino trees planted and they are in full bloom in the spring. Shiki no Sato (Village of Four Seasons) is a facility surrounded by nature where you can have first-hand agricultural experiences. It is a place where urban residents and locals can mingle and use it as a base facility for experiencing work by hand, such as rice planting, rice harvesting, making pizza from scratch, etc. You can purchase freshly picked local fresh vegetables and special products at the Shiki no Sato shop on grounds of the facility.
Each of the eight western style buildings will decide on a country theme and introduce their country of choices' Christmas decorations and culture. During the event, Yamate 234 will feature holiday lights and Yamate Italia-Yama Garden will host a candlelight garden. Other Christmas-related events (some with fees) will be held at each building.
On December 17th and 18th, the first daruma fair of the season in the Kanto Region is held at Iizumizan Shōfuku-ji Temple, the 5th amulet issuing temple of the Bando Sanjusankasho. The daruma-selling stores line the temple grounds and bustle with families. Those who attend pray for business prosperity and the wellbeing of their families.
Yugawara Onsen is famous for being taken up in the Man'yoshu, Japanese classic book. Hot spring Ryokan, "The Ryokan Tokyo" was visited by many Meiji and Taisho cultural figures. This ryokan is a 'Cool' hot spring onsen remixed with the contemporary culture and the old Onsen culture from Nara era. Tatoos are allowed here.

The Zama sunflower was established as the city flower of Zama City in 1969, and was selected as one of the "100 best places for flowers in Kanagawa" in 1994. A total of 550,000 flowers bloom over a total area of 5.5ha, and a sunflower festival is held every year.Add an artsy touch to your photos during the Kurihara festival by posing with props supplied by the festival. Model with picture frames and hats to immortalize the fun moment.

This bell was crafted based on the Enoshima love story of the celestial maiden and the five-headed dragon. Young people and couples visit to ring the bell in hopes to share in the legend's fortune. The fence underneath the bell is covered with countless padlocks attached by lovers. To top it off, the view from the bell is spectacular, and on clear days, you can see as far as Izu Oshima.

We reopened as Yokohama Strawberry Park on April 23rd, 2022, with a new reservation system and only open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We allow you to enjoy fresh, delicious strawberries regardless of the season. The strawberries at our facility are carefully grown by people with disabilities under the guidance of strawberry cultivation experts. You can enjoy our strawberry juice and parfait, which both use strawberries harvested at our facility, at our cafe, which can be used without a reservation.
The Kuzuha Green Space, which consists of the Kuzuha River, which runs almost in the centre of the Hadano Basin, and a canyon surrounded by abundant greenery, was designated as" Kanagawa's National Trust No. 1 Green Space" in 1987. "Kuzuha no Ie", which is a base for nature observation, was opened in 1998, and visitors can get close to nature and also holds nature observation meetings, seasonal gatherings and nature observation instructor training courses, and various other activities to encourage nature protection. In addition, we are engaged in work to pass on the conservation of the space to future generations through appropriate management such as nature surveys, tree pruning, and mowing.
