After being discontinued as a central wholesale market in 2015, this commercial facility was opened in September 2019 as a part of the Nanbu Market Restructuring Project. Built around the concept of "a live food market and center for exchange where people can connect with the local community through food", it houses stores selling fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, and meat, as well as bakeries and Western and Japanese restaurants. There is also a grassy plaza with a view of the sea, a rental space called 'Nanbu Base' with a kitchen attached, and an outdoor BBQ area, all making for a comfortable place for relaxing with family and friends.
